• 5 cup water
• 1 cup peeled, sliced fresh ginger
• 4 green tea bags
• 1 bunch fresh mint
• 24 packets low cal sweetener
• 1 cup orange juice
• 1/2 cup lemonade


1.Put water and ginger in a large sauce pan and bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 10 minutes. Remove from heat.

2.Add green tea bags and 10 mint sprigs and let mixture sit for 8 minutes. Remove tea bags and pour mixture through a strainer to remove mint and ginger.

3.Stir in sweetener and allow to cool to room temperature. Add orange juice and lemonade and refrigerate for 1 hour. Serve in ice-filled glasses with a sprig of fresh mint.
